Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 October 2026. This policy describes the AuraMind PRO platform. Each customer company is responsible for its own employee notice, lawful basis and retention settings.

Data the platform processes

On enrolled work devices, and only as configured by the customer: active/idle time, foreground application, domain-level website activity, attendance and device signals, and — where the customer's policy enables it — screenshots and live screen streams.

What we deliberately do not collect

Keystrokes, passwords, email or chat message content, and personal-account activity outside the configured work scope.

Access and retention

Access is role-based and permission-gated; screenshot media requires signed, authenticated access. Customers control capture settings and should set retention proportionate to their stated purpose.
