• Role-based, permission-gated access — live screen, screenshots and alerts are limited to permitted roles.
• Screenshot images served only through signed, authenticated access, never public links.
• Auditability of sensitive views and administrative actions.
• Deliberate data boundaries: no keystroke logging, no email/chat content inspection, domain-level web visibility rather than page-content capture.
